UL1581 High Precision VW-1 (Vertical Specimen) Burning Test Machine for Wire and Cable

VW-1 (Vertical-specimen) Flame Tester is designed in accordance with UL1581 and approved by Guangzhou Meihua UL corporation,completely in line with W.1 fame test standard, is used for test of W.1 and FT.2. it's economic and applicable, which is widely used inwire and cable industry. The test is taken in a sealing laboratory which volume is 4.32 cubic meters. Test methods: Adjust the height ofthe flame, put the top of the fame under the sample to burn for 15s, then put out for 15s. Examine the sample' burning situation afterrepeating 5 times. You can set the burning, go out time and times of repetition freely and make it operate automatically.

1. Test chamber: This testing machine is made of steel plate splicing, the fuselage is anti-static spraying, with beautiful appearance, anti-rust and anti-corrosion characteristics.There's a fume extractor on the top, so that the waste gas can bereleased when the test is completed, and there are two air inlets on bothsides of the lower side and a set of pneumatic seal operation device;
